Balanced Power Technologies warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three [3] years from date of original
purchase for the original owner. This includes demo models purchased factory-direct. If, after inspection by BPT, the product is proven defective, it will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In no event will BPT be held liable for damages caused due to misuse or failure to follow operating instructions. We do not cover damage to any product plugged into our equipment or damage to the isolation transformer caused by exceeding the stated power rating of a particular unit. We do not offer warranties for surge protection [damage from power surges is covered under most home-owner/renter policies].
